Welcome to the Writing Center

Welcome to the Walden Writing Center! Whether you are working on presenting your ideas in an academic voice or learning the finer points of grammar, the Writing Center is here to help you achieve your goal. Watch this brief video for an overview of the Center.

Note that this video was created while APA 6 was the style guide edition in use. There may be some examples of writing that have not been updated to APA 7 guidelines.

The Writing Center’s hub is the website, and we want to make it easy for you to navigate. Below we have organized some tips by student type. Select which statement best represents you, and then read through the material. These tips should help you find the information you need.

You can also visit our collection of resources for undergraduate students by visiting our Undergraduate Writing page.
