Walden Writing Templates:

General Templates

These documents offer advice and a model for formatting and organizing undergraduate written assignments. You can download this document to your computer and use it as you begin writing your own paper, deleting any instructions as you go.

Note: Some assignments or instructors may have additional guidelines, so be sure to adjust accordingly.

This Word template provides a starting point for course papers at Walden. Some schools have their own requirements that might differ slightly, so always check for each class if there are different formatting requirements. The Writing Center no longer maintains distinct templates for EdD assignments. Many EdD course papers assignments will follow the basic Course Paper Template.

Though there is no official APA format for PowerPoint presentations, the Writing Center has created a basic template that includes formatting suggestions and tips.  Review what the APA Style Blog has to say about presentations here.

Several Walden programs require a PDP, but the content and layout vary. You can review information on the purpose of PDPs for guidance.
