Meet the ASC's Director, Dr. Melanie Brown
Dr. Brown joined Walden University in 2001 and worked as an Editor in Walden's Writing Center before becoming Director of the Academic Skills Center. As director, Melanie talks with students, faculty, and staff to connect them with the skills support they need along with building and guiding her team of expert, compassionate peer tutors, peer mentors, and instructional staff.
