Schedule a Doctoral Research Appointment with a Librarian

Appointments are for in-depth dissertation and doctoral study research questions. Please attend a Library Live Session for coursework related research questions.

Meetings are 30 minutes and held in Zoom.

Note: Schedule one appointment at a time. If you have more than one booked appointment in the system, additional appointments will be canceled.

New appointments are added on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

Please review the Appointment Information and Expectations prior to your appointment.

Appointment Information
  • If you experience technical difficulties joining the meeting, contact the Librarian by email.
  • If the Librarian is unable to attend the appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible by email.
  • If you accumulate a series of no-shows or cancellations, future appointments may be restricted.
Student Expectations
  • Arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the Librarian will not be available to meet with you.
  • Be at a computer with internet access and free of distractions. We cannot meet with students operating a motor vehicle.
  • Be respectful. Students are expected to follow the Code of Conduct outlined in the Student Handbook.
