Chat Guidelines
- We can help you with questions related to assessment essay formatting, deadline, tips, and where to find the essay prompt.
- If your question involves lengthy research (i.e. score concerns, retake requests, or petition questions), please submit your inquiry by email to writingassessment@mail.waldenu.edu.

During chat, we are often working simultaneously with other students. Because of this, you might have to wait while we finish up another conversation or complete a task. Please be patient and know that we are eager to help as soon as we are able.
