Blended Academic Year in Residence (BAYR) (Students Starting Prior to Feb 2024)
This is a list of all scheduled residencies for the Blended Academic Year in Residence (BAYR).
Register for and attend your first PhD residency as soon as you begin your program.
- Exception: International students register for a residency that is 3-4 months after your start date and immediately apply for your I-20 if traveling to a residency in the U.S.

You will receive a registration confirmation email within 5-7 business days after your registration is processed. After you receive your registration confirmation email, you can make your travel arrangements.
If your selected residency is waitlisted, contact your Student Success Advisor and request to be placed on the waitlist.
