During Your Residency/Lab: After Your Event

Residency Grades

Residency grades are posted in the myWalden portal under degree audit one week after the end date of the residency. Residency grades are not posted in the residency Blackboard classroom (Exception: PhD students attending face-to-face residencies).

  1. To determine the grade for your residency, log into your myWalden portal.
  2. Once logged in, go to the Student Services tab. On this page, scroll down and click on the link for Final Grades under the Student Records heading on the left-side of the page.
  3. From the drop-down menu on the following page, select the term in which your residency took place and click Submit.
  4. The following page should list your residency grade, along with any other grades you may have earned for any courses during that term.

Residency grades are either Satisfactory (S) or Unsatisfactory (U) or Incomplete (I).

Residency Surveys

Session Survey

Participants in face-to-face required residencies have the opportunity to provide feedback about residency sessions. Data is used to improve and update the residency curriculum for each program. The survey questions for each residency session are located in the Residency App. Please complete the session feedback survey after each of your residency sessions.

Presenter Survey

Participants in face-to-face required residencies have the opportunity to provide input about residency faculty and staff members’ effectiveness and engagement in each residency session. Data is used in the performance review process for faculty and staff members. The survey questions for each presenter are located in the Residency App. Please complete the presenter feedback survey after each of your residency sessions.

Post-Residency Survey

Participants in all Walden residencies have the opportunity to provide feedback about their overall residency experience at the conclusion of the residency. Data is used to improve future Walden residency events. The post-residency surveys are emailed to participants at the conclusion of each residency.
