Unexpected Site Closures
If your site is suddenly closed, or you are otherwise unexpectedly able to attend for reasons outside of your control (e.g. natural disaster, strike, pandemic, vandalism), you are required to contact your faculty supervisor as soon as possible. If the conditions continue for longer than 1 week, you should discuss the course requirements and the attainment of supervised hours as well as the possible continuation or discontinuation of the field experience with your faculty supervisor and/or field experience academic coordinator. The faculty supervisor or coordinator will help you determine the best strategy to fulfill the program requirements.
