Once you have found field site(s)—completed the sites’ application and interview processes and been offered field experience opportunities—you will need to submit an application to the SOC-OFE to ensure that the proposed field experience meets program requirements and to gather all the necessary documentation to approve you for field experience.
All field experience applications are submitted in Meditrek®. A link to the Meditrek® website, as well as information about application submission windows, application instructions, and materials are available on the SOC-OFE website.
Field experience applications must be submitted in accordance with the policies and procedures described on the website. You are responsible for reviewing all deadlines and procedures for submitting applications. Failure to comply with policies and procedures may result in rejection of the application, delay of the field experience, postponement of degree conferment, and/or Code of Conduct inquiry.
