Additional Costs Associated With Field Experience
You may incur and are responsible for paying costs associated with completing field experience. Examples of costs include, but are not limited to, travel to and/or from the field site, relocation costs, living costs during field experience, books, course materials, professional liability insurance, onboarding/administrative fees required by field sites, etc. Walden does not expect students to pay site supervisors, field sites, or site placement agencies and discourages you from doing so, because conflicts of interest that can arise. If you do choose to enter into payment arrangements with site supervisors, field sites, or site placement agencies, you do so at your own risk.
