Skype for Business: Share a file

Upload a file

To upload a file:

  1. Click the share icon (shaped like a monitor).
  2. Click Add Attachments. This opens an explorer window.

 

  1. Browse to the file you want to upload and click Open.
  2. The file will upload to the meeting space.
  3. Select who can download the file by clicking the Permissions drop-down menu and selecting the appropriate party.

 

  1. Click Close.

You can also manage the permissions by clicking the share icon and selecting Manage Attachments.

Note: You cannot share uploaded files in the meeting.  The uploaded files are only available to download.
