Steps to Live Chat with Field Experience Support:

  2. Click on “HELP” tab in the right-hand corner of the top tool bar.

The standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Office of Field Experience is two business days.  During term start periods when the office experiences high volume, responses may be delayed. 

Appointments

Students may schedule an appointment to speak with an Office of Field Experience staff member by telephone. Appointments allow you to discuss more detailed and complex matters related to field experience.  To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-WALDENU (1-800-925-3368) for support or to schedule a phone appointment.

Roundtable Sessions

The College of Nursing Office of Field Experience holds weekly roundtable sessions to discuss certain topics related to field experience.  These sessions include general information, overviews, and time for general Q&A.  If you are needing more individualized 1:1 support, you should utilize the other options for support by calling, emailing, or using live chat. Students must register for the Roundtable Sessions by clicking the link below.

Guidelines for Roundtable Sessions:

  • Students must register for a session to receive information to log-in to a session.
  • Sessions are held via "Microsoft Teams" platform.
  • Other students will be present during the call so please do not plan to discuss personal or private information during the session. 
  • Sessions are not designed for 1:1 support of students.  Students needing 1:1 support should call, email or live chat with Field Experience. 
  • Days and times may vary.  Students should click the link above for updates to the schedule.
