Background Check & Drug Test Renewal

To Order a Renewal

Go to https://walden.castlebranch.com/

1. Click the "Place Order" button.
2. Click the "College of Nursing" button.
3. Select the state or country where the practicum site is located by using the drop-down box.  You must select the state where the practicum site is located to ensure the background check and drug test are completed correctly.
4. Select the package option by using the drop-down box. Select one of three options:
   • I already have a package through Walden’s CastleBranch portal and need to renew the background check and drug screen. 
   • I need to order an additional background check.
   • I need to order an additional drug test only.
5. Complete the remaining steps to place the order.
6. Sign all consent release forms.
7. Follow all directions to complete the background check and drug test.
