  • Reduced travel time and costs during your face-to-face experience.
  • The amenities you need to make your experience more convenient and affordable, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fitness facilities.
  • Guests staying at the Hyatt will receive a 10% discount in designated hotel food & beverage outlets- excludes alcohol.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations!

To book your room at this special rate,
book online or call 1-800-233-1234 by Tuesday, February 18, 2020 and ask for the Walden group rate.
We strongly recommend you reserve your room now as availability is limited and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the room block fills prior to February 18, 2020, the hotel reserves the right to increase room rates. The discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency Houston may be available for Walden students if you choose to extend your stay prior to and/or after the event. However, the discounted rate is subject to sleeping room availability at the Hyatt Regency Houston.

All hotel reservations will require a credit card and a deposit payment for one (1) room night to confirm.  Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than three (3) working days prior to arrival.

If you choose to stay at a different hotel, please remember you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the daily sessions.

Please be aware that many hotels have policies regarding the use of debit cards. Should you choose to use your debit card, funds utilized for room, tax, incidentals, and deposits will be withheld and deducted from your checking account balance. Contact the hotel directly for more details.

If you aren’t already a member of the Hyatt rewards program, we encourage you to sign up today! There may be additional residencies at Hyatt properties throughout the year.
