Director, Walden Center for Social Change
Isaac Cudjoe is a community organizer, social entrepreneur, and champion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to joining Walden in 2019, Isaac co-founded the ReTurn Movement and Brothers With Books. ReTurn works to inspire immigrants to reengage with their roots, and Brothers With Books aims to improve literacy rates by providing free books to underserved families.
Driven by his passion for community development and youth engagement, Isaac also created youth-led initiatives organized from the ground up in sub-Saharan Africa. Isaac plans to use his training from the Young African Leaders Initiative and The African Middle Eastern Leadership fellowship to help our Walden community inspire social change agents to do more and be more for the places they call home. Isaac is also earning his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration at Walden.
