At Walden, the phrase “Financial Aid” typically refers to the student loans taken out though the United States’ federal financial aid system, either state-sponsored loans or private loans. Financial Aid is not money that Walden gives to students; instead these are loans students are taking out through the Federal Financial Aid system or through a private bank to pay for their Walden programs.
