What is a syllabus?
Every course at Walden has a syllabus that outlines the expectations for that term. A syllabus contains important course information, such as titles of books to purchase, an assignment schedule, course and university policies, and grading criteria. In addition, the online syllabus may contain sections on how often to expect feedback from your Instructor; criteria for submitting assignments to your Instructor; and how to access electronic course resources, such as online readings.
The link to your syllabus is typically located on the left-hand side of your classroom and will be labeled “Syllabus.”
