When is my tuition due?

Students must either pay tuition and applicable fees or have other financial arrangements in place two weeks prior to the start of each term. Students who intend to receive financial aid but have not completed the loan application or renewal process must pay tuition by the scheduled due date. Students who anticipate difficulty adhering to these deadlines should contact the Bursar’s office immediately.

Students should contact the Financial Accounts Management team (collections@waldenu.edu) to establish a payment plan if they wish to make payments throughout the term to clear their fees. If you have not cleared your entire balance by the second week of class a hold will be placed on your account. 

  • A Document Hold indicates a smaller amount owed and will allow you to register for a future course but not to obtain an official copy of your transcript.
  • A Bursars Hold indicates a larger amount is owed and you will not be able to register or request an official copy of your Walden transcript.
