If you wish to grant Walden permission to release your student information to a family member, employer, or other person, you will need to submit a Student Information Release Form (FERPA) for every person you wish to grant access to your information.

There are three kinds of information you can request be released:

• Academic Records
  • Your grades, residency attendance, GPA, etc.
• Financial Aid Information
  • Loan amount and lenders
• Information Relating to Your Student Account
  • Your tuition fees and account balances

If you wish to grant permission for Walden to release more than one type of information (as outlined above) you will need to submit additional copies of the Student Information Release Form (FEPRA), providing one to each of the corresponding offices.
