Writing for Public Health Students
In this 6-week course, students transitioning from undergraduate to graduate writing learn how to identify scholarly writing, critically read and evaluate sources, and practice scholarly voice.
NOTE: This course is specific to Master of Public Health Students

Course Information
Course Description
In this 6-week course, students transitioning from undergraduate to graduate writing learn how to identify scholarly writing, critically read and evaluate sources, and practice scholarly voice. Students demonstrate their scholarly writing skills by completing a 1-page paper in which they compare and contrast two peer-reviewed articles. Students also receive instruction in basic APA paraphrasing and citation.
