Ensuring the privacy of student educational records is an important priority for every educational institution. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) outlines the rights of students and their families with respect to the confidentiality of and access to educational records kept by institutions.

This course will provide employees of postsecondary educational institutions awareness-level training on their responsibilities and obligations under FERPA.

One of the employee tools available through our UltiPro system is Employee Self Service (ESS). With ESS, you can check, update, and manage employee personal data and benefits. You can also access our new Ultimate Time and Attendance (UTA). With UTA employees can electronically submit time worked and time off requests.
