Letters to Inspire is a heartfelt initiative dedicated to uplifting individuals who are facing hardship, isolation, or uncertainty—whether due to homelessness, illness, incarceration, or other life challenges. Through handwritten or thoughtfully crafted letters, we aim to spark hope, encouragement, and human connection in the lives of those who need it most.

This project empowers students and community members to become voices of compassion by sharing messages of kindness, resilience, and support. Each letter serves as a reminder that no one is forgotten—and that even a few sincere words can have a lasting impact.

As part of our Letters to Inspire initiative, we are writing personal letters to new students to offer them encouragement, support, and a sense of belonging as they begin their journey at our school. Transitioning to an online program can be exciting, but also overwhelming—and a kind message can go a long way.

These letters are a simple yet powerful way to let incoming students know they’re not alone, that they’re seen, and that they have a community here ready to cheer them on.

As part of our Letters to Inspire initiative, we are writing letters to a selected agency to offer them encouragement, support, and a sense of belonging as they continue doing important work in their community.  If you know of a local agency, non-profit, or community group that could benefit from receiving encouraging letters, please nominate them by using the form below.
