Welcome to Delta Omega Honor Society!

Delta Omega is an honorary society that promotes the study of health and recognizes outstanding members of the public health community. Founded in 1925 at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Delta Omega has a long history of advocating for public health as a field and supporting public health students, faculty, and alumni.

Membership will not only bring recognition, but also opportunities to engage in the annual day of service during National Public Health Week and attend professional development webinars. The goal of the Walden University chapter of Delta Omega is to celebrate members, engage in further learning, and uphold our commitment to public health work.

Please note that application to the Walden University chapter of Delta Omega does not guarantee acceptance and there will be a rigorous review of each application submitted to ensure that we are recognizing and inducting the highest achieving members of the Walden University public health community in line with the chapter's constitution and bylaws.
