Get Started: Tuition Due Dates

When are my fees due?

Students must either pay tuition and applicable fees or have other financial arrangements in place two weeks prior to the start of each term. If you are planning to receive financial aid but you have not completed the loan application or renewal process, you must pay your tuition by the scheduled due date. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to these deadlines, please contact the Bursar’s office immediately.

Students should contact the Financial Accounts Management team (collections@waldenu.edu) to establish a payment plan if they wish to make payments throughout the term to clear their fees. If you have not cleared your entire balance by the second week of class a hold will be placed on your account. 

  • A Document Hold indicates a smaller amount owed. With a Document Hold you are able to register for a future course but not to obtain an official copy of your transcript.
  • A Bursar Hold indicates a larger amount is owed. With a Bursar Hold you will not be able to register or request an official copy of your Walden transcript.
