Since August 2009, the International Student Student Success Advising Team (or ISAT) has been assisting Walden students who live outside the U.S. Currently, Walden’s international student population is over 4,000 students.

ISAT advises students on policies, procedures, and academic programs over the phone and via email. In addition to these responsibilities, the members of ISAT serve as Customer Care for international students. ISAT has access to more financial information to answer students’ Bursar inquiries. Members of ISAT also troubleshoot issues with course materials, portal access, and internet browsers.  For students living outside the U.S., this “one stop shop” saves time and money. 

Including Walden students, ISAT also assists students enrolled in an undergraduate dual degree program in collaboration with three Latin American Universities with over 30 campuses. This program is growing in popularity, and ISAT continues to expand its services to this population.
