A Delphi Study of Capstone Alumni's Online Mentoring Preferences 

 Over the past five years, Walden has initiated many changes in the doctoral capstone process. It is not known how this has changed students’ experiences, preferences, and beliefs about the capstone mentoring experience. If you are a doctoral graduate within the last 5 years, you are invited to participate in a 3-round Delphi study to reach alumni consensus on the responses.  

This study is being conducted by researchers Drs. Lee Stadtlander, Arfe Ozcan, affiliated with the Office of Research and Doctoral Services; and Narjis Hyder, La Toya Johnson, and Briana Nicholson who are faculty members at Walden University. They are inviting doctoral Walden alumni to participate in a Delphi study with 3 rounds of data collection. The inclusion criterion is being a Walden doctoral graduate within the last 5 years.  

This study involves completing a 20-30 minute survey interview and two 10 minute follow up quantitative surveys. This study is completely confidential.
