After your assignment has been submitted for review, you will not be able to edit the submission or add additional documents until your reviewer has returned the review.

If you need to cancel your submission, you can do so only if the evaluator/reviewer hasn’t started his or her evaluation of your submission. Otherwise, you will need to wait until the review is returned to you.

To cancel your submission:

  1. Select the specific requirement or submission you need to cancel.

  2. Click on the Cancel Submission button (located in the upper-right corner of the page)

  3. Click Yes Undo Submission and Unlock to confirm the cancellation.

  4. You can then resubmit the documents after you have made the necessary edits.

Note: You can request that the chair clears the submission in myDR so you can resubmit. If you do not receive a timely response, you can contact our Student Research Administration. Please view their contact information on the Student Research Administration website under Contact Us.
