Registrar Support: Updating your Student Information

View or Update your Information

You can view or update your information at any time in the "My Information" section of the myWalden portal.

  1. Log in to your portal and select the "MENU" icon on the top left corner. Under "Quick Links" you will select "My Information". 


     

  2. You will have the option to view or update the following items
  • Manage Password
  • Update Address & Phone
  • Print Student ID
  • View Email Address
  • Update Your Password Recovery Entry
  • Name Change Information
  • SSN Change Information


     

Changing your Name

In order to maintain student privacy and legitimate records for our students, all name change requests must be sent directly to the Office of the Registrar with proof of the correct name. At least two types of identification showing the new name are required. You must fax, mail, or email a copy of your documentation or take directly to the Office of the Registrar at:

Acceptable legal documentation includes, but is not limited to: driver's license, social security card, marriage certificate, court order

Correcting or Adding your Social Security Number

If there is an error or change in your Social Security number, you must submit a copy of your Social Security card to the Office of the Registrar. You must fax, mail or email a copy of your documentation to the Office of the Registrar at:
