myWalden: Resetting your Password

Reset your self-service password

  1. Go to http://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
  2. Fill in your information on the "Get back into your account" page.


     

  3. Enter the verification code that you receive in your personal email account.


  4. Choose a new password.



     

  5. You did it! You have completed your password reset. Now, you can open your student portal and log in with your new password.

  6. You can add additional verification information.


Retrieve your Username

Your username is your Walden email address (e.g.: john.doe@waldenu.edu). If you still have problems or receive a message that says, "Incorrect user ID or password. Type the correct user ID or password, and try again," you may need to reset your password.
