Molly Raymond lives in Minnesota with her family of four. She came to Walden in 2014 with 15 years of experience as a practicing community social worker. Her community work has been centered around on youth development, community organizing, social justice, and social and emotional learning.

She co-founded a youth social justice and arts nonprofit organization. She has worked for and done consulting work for a wide variety of nonprofit organizations and community projects.
