Scheduling an Appointment

To make an appointment with a Student Success Advisor, start at your myWalden portal.

1. On your myWalden Homepage, click the Help tab

2. Click on Schedule an Appointment on the Help tab menu

3. Beneath the Student Success Advisor area, select your degree level.

4. You will now see the scheduling screen, click on your Advisor from the list.

Note: If you do not see your Advisor on the first page, you will need to scroll through the pages to find your assigned Advisor. You can click the Me tab in the upper right corner of your myWalden portal to see who your assigned Advisor is.

5. Select an available appointment time.

6. Input your phone number and check off the box next to the reason for your appointment.

7. Input any additional information in the text box and Schedule Now.

8. The appointment confirmation screen will appear. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you. You also have the option to add this event to your calendar.
