Title:  How to Access Your Requested Article from Document Delivery Service

Visual:  Email Notification from Walden Library

Narration: This short video will show you how to access the article you requested through Document Delivery Service. Once you’ve received an email notification that your article has arrived, you’ll open up the email and find a link listed in the center. Click on the link. This will take you back to your Document Delivery Service account.

Narration: You will probably be prompted to log in.

Narration: Once you’ve logged in, you’ll go under view and then click on Electronically Received Articles. You will then see the one or several articles you requested. To open up the article, you will click on the PDF icon or the word View.

Narration: The article will open up in your browser. You can either read the article here, save it, or print.
