myPASS: Updating an Appointment Form

Visual: The screen opens on the Graduate Coursework Schedule on the myPASS schedule.

Audio: You are welcome to make changes to your Appointment Form up until 5:00 a.m. Eastern time the day of your appointment. To make changes to your form, navigate to your name at the top left corner of the schedule. Hover your mouse over your name, which will open a drop-down menu.

 

Visual: The speaker hovers the mouse over “WELCOME, STUDENT” at the top-left corner of the schedule, opening a drop down menu with three items listed vertically: Update Profile & Email options, My Appointments, and Log Out.

Audio: In the menu, hover over “My Appointments” to see your existing appointments. Click on your appointment to bring up your appointment form.

 

Visual: The speaker moves the mouse down to “My Appointments,” which shows the speaker’s two appointments. The speaker clicks on one of the appointments. The appointment form opens, and the speaker scrolls down to the bottom of the appointment form where there is a “SAVE CHANGES” button.

Audio: In your appointment form, you can make any changes you’d like. Just remember to click the “SAVE CHANGES” button at the bottom of the window.
